The Heap integration streams events out: every event Usertour tracks arrives in your Heap environment in real time, under the same user IDs your own instrumentation reports. See what gets sent.

Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations → Heap and follow the standard connect flow with:
  • Credential: the App ID — the numeric ID of the Heap environment you want events in. The quickest way to grab it: open that environment in Heap and copy the <id> part of the address bar URL, https://heapanalytics.com/app/env/<id>/…. It’s also listed in Heap account settings under Projects.
  • Data residency: Heap has a single region, so there is nothing to pick.

Stream events to Heap

Streaming starts with the first save and is controlled by the switch at the top of the page. Delivery, retries, and the message log are described in the overview.

Troubleshooting

See the overview troubleshooting. Heap-specific: make sure the App ID belongs to the environment you expect — each Heap environment (production, development) has its own ID.
